Bacteria. Their food. And what they make.

Three words get printed on gut supplements and almost never explained. Here's what they mean, and what's in this bottle.

    Probiotic - the bacteria themselves.
Prebiotic - what those bacteria eat.
Postbiotic - what they produce after they eat, which is the part your body uses.

    Seed, feed, fuel

Roughly forty trillion bacteria live in your digestive tract. They ferment the fiber you can't digest, and one thing that comes out of that is butyrate. The cells lining your colon run on it. Those cells are a single layer thick, they form the wall between your gut and your bloodstream, and they rebuild themselves every few days.

Fiber in, bacteria ferment it, butyrate out, the lining gets fed. Break the chain anywhere and the supply drops. TriBiome covers all three links.

Seed. Nine named strains, 30 billion CFU, across the small intestine and colon.

Feed. A probiotic without food is a delivery that doesn't stick. PHGG is a soluble fiber the strains in this capsule can ferment. That fermentation is how bacteria settle in, and how butyrate gets made. Skip it and the 30 billion CFU are just passing through.

Fuel. Tributyrin, plus inactivated L. plantarum Lp90 and L. paracasei LC86. Butyrate swallowed on its own gets absorbed high in the small intestine and mostly never reaches the colon. Tributyrin is butyrate carried on a glycerol backbone, so it resists stomach acid and releases closer to where it's used.

    Nine strains, all nine named

This is a gut formula. Every strain was picked for a job in the digestive tract. Sleep, mood, and fullness hormones showed up in some of the strain research. That is not a second product. The job is still seed, feed, and fuel.

Most labels say "9 probiotic strains" and stop. Research is done on specific strains, not species, so that number on its own tells you nothing. Ours are named so you can look them up.

    B. lactis BLa80 — Sleep quality scores improved vs placebo
    L. gasseri LG08 — Fullness hormones GLP-1 and PYY rose, leptin fell
    L. rhamnosus LRa05 — Gut bacteria composition changed vs placebo
    B. breve BBr60 — Positive mood scores rose, negative scores fell
    B. infantis BI45 — Immune markers IgA and LL-37 rose; butyrate-making bacteria increased
    L. casei LC89 — Produces lactic, acetic, propionic and butyric acid
    B. longum BL21 — Bifidobacterium and Faecalibacterium increased
    L. acidophilus LA85 — Stool consistency held steadier than placebo
    L. reuteri LR08 — Immune markers and gut bacteria shifted vs placebo

Research findings on these strains, not statements about TriBiome.

LC89 makes butyrate. Tributyrin delivers it. Same target from two directions.

    Why we replaced Adrebiotics

Adrebiotics asked one question: did you take your probiotic?

TriBiome asks a better one: did the system actually run?

A probiotic only seeds. If those bacteria land with nothing to eat, and the lining is short on butyrate, the capsule did a third of the job. That is why people can take a high CFU count for months and feel about the same. Adrebiotics was that first third, done well. It was never the whole chain.

TriBiome is the whole chain in one capsule. Bacteria. Their food. And what they make.

If you were on Adrebiotics, this is not a new brand. It is the same clinic finishing the job.
