We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, unless otherwise specified. If you would like to have overnight delivery of your order, or change your shipping method, there will be an additional charge. Orders received by 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day, provided that the items ordered are in stock. Shipping & handling is by the lowest carrier rate possible within the Continental United States. We also offer international shipping. You may place your international order online or by phone.
How do I return an item?*
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). Only one opened package of the product, purchased by you, is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be returned to us in their factory sealed containers for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee* for a full 30 days from your date of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 working days for approval and processing. Credit card company may take an additional 30 days for processing.
