Dr. Lam ships nutritional supplements to countries around the world.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.
Please Note:
In order to protect our customers from fraudulent orders, orders shipping to Russia or the Ukraine need to be placed over the phone. We cannot ship to these countries for orders placed online. We apologize for any inconvenience.
International Shipping Fees, Import Duties Tariffs and Taxes:
- All International shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination.
- Customers outside of the United States may be subject to extra customs fees and/or extra import duties and taxes, which are levied once our shipment reaches your country. These charges are separate from your shipping charge. You will be responsible for these charges.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements into your country from the U.S.
International Returns and Refused or Seized Packages:
We strongly encourage you to contact your country's customs office or other appropriate governmental authority before you place an order with us to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.

DISCLAIMER:
- Address or other customer error: If an address error or any other customer error results in merchandise being returned to Dr. Lam, the customer will be solely responsible for any and all shipping fees incurred. A refund will be issued for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, and any other charges incurred by Dr. Lam.
- Violation of laws: If a violation of a country's laws results in the merchandise being returned to Dr. Lam, the customer will be responsible solely for any and all fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) incurred by Dr. Lam. A refund will be issued for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, and any other charges incurred by Dr. Lam.
- Refusal of product: If a package is refused by a customer for any reason (including but not limited to additional fees), Dr. Lam will issue a refund for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, upon receipt of the returned unopened package. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping and additional fees incurred by Dr. Lam.
- Customs seizure: If a package has been halted or seized by customs, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when Dr. Lam receives the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, and any other charges incurred by Dr. Lam.
- Abandonment: If a package becomes abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when Dr. Lam receives the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued for product only, minus a 20% restocking fee, and any other charges incurred by Dr. Lam.
- For any returned package: For any merchandise that is returned to Dr. Lam, if the return shipping cost is greater than the cost of product(s) ordered, the carrier will be instructed to abandon the package/merchandise. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order nor will the customer be liable for any return shipping charges.
- Destroyed or unreturned package: For any merchandise or order that has not been returned to Dr. Lam, due to damage or destruction by the carrier or by customs, Dr. Lam cannot and will not issue a refund for the order.
- Dr. Lam will not be liable for packages held or confiscated by customs.
Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. Responsibility for failure to understand and comply with your country's regulations and restrictions falls solely on the customer, including but not limited to any fees, taxes, or tariffs.
Additionally, when ordering from Dr. Lam, you will be considered to be the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Due to the unpredictability of your local government and regulations, please understand that your order may not always arrive in a timely manner.
