I purchased this immediately after I was on a 2 week regime of antibiotics. I was soon to go on a cruise with family and a lot of other people....and germs. Upon our return, all members of my family got sick and thank God and this product, I did not. I think this is an awesome supplement for immune system, especially after antibiotics destroyed everything in my gut. EXCELLENT product!
