As a foundational nutrient for making adrenal hormones, this product is invaluable. I do find, however, that I must split the two capsule dose age prescribed to me in half: one cap at breakfast and one at lunch, otherwise I don’t seem tolerate all at once. No fault of the product, just a reflection of my own health status.
I cannot rave enough about Dr Lam supplements. I have searched for many other supplements throughout the years and was never ever to replace the quality of Dr Lam supplements. Pandrenal is an excellent product, it helped my adrenal fatigue and guess what it gave me beautiful thick hair!
