      I have been using these for some time now. And I even used them during a program by my functional medicine doctor. These worked better than the ones that came with the program so I stayed on them. I continue to do well on these. I wish the container contained more. There isn't much in there. :(

      I’ve noticed less inflammation so knees not so painful & my nails seem much stronger. I nerver miss a morning. 1st thing I drink! Oh & less cravings of carbs, sweets!

      I want to give this a two thumbs up but I can’t. The ingredients are great however I hate the fine powder. It is very difficult to dissolve in liquid unless you really work hard at it. Wish it were in capsule form.
