This product has been a mainstay in my nightly sleep hygiene program. I have a hard time calming my nervous system in the evening especially after excessive stimulation or sensory overload. This helps to take the edge off. I just wish they would make them in a gel cap as I have to open them since I’m very sensitive to the cellulose capsule due to gut issues.
I started using Adrenal Calm 5-6 years ago when I started with the Dr. Lam's nutrition coaching for adrenal fatigue. I was suffering with debilitating insomnia which I had not experienced before. Due to food and nutrient sensitivities that developed with the adrenal fatigue, I was unable to take certain nutrients and required small micro-dosing for best results. I did this with Adrenal Calm and eventually my body was able to assimilate the benefits of it and I found relaxation and calming so I could sleep. I think anyone having sleep issues would greatly benefit from this supplement.
