    Suggested Use:
    1 capsule daily with 8 ounces of water on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare professional. For best results, avoid eating for 30 minutes after use.

      I take this twice a day and I haven’t had a UTI in several months. Great anti inflammatory!!!
